This is a prevalent problem during the holidays. Make sure that your self care box is full. Take time to do relaxing healthy things for yourself . Keep a focus on your own recovery, plan ahead for holiday family events that include alcohol/ drug use, make a plan to stay sober. Make support meetings, do daily readings of recovery, stay grateful for what you have.
